Deposit policy
A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your event date. Once your booking is confirmed, this deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances.
Your date is not secured until the deposit is received and DJ Olli confirms your booking in writing.
Cancellation by client
If you need to cancel your event, the following applies:
Standard cancellation
The $100 deposit is non-refundable. Any amounts paid beyond the deposit may be handled on a case-by-case basis.
Late cancellation
If you cancel within 24 hours of the scheduled event date, full payment of the remaining balance is required in addition to forfeiture of the deposit.
Contact DJ Olli as soon as possible if you need to cancel — early notice helps us plan accordingly.
Cancellation by DJ Olli
If illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances prevent DJ Olli from performing, we will take one of the following steps:
- Attempt to secure a qualified replacement DJ at no additional cost to you, or
- Issue a full refund of any amounts paid beyond the deposit if a suitable replacement cannot be arranged.
When cancellation is due to circumstances on the DJ's side, the deposit may be retained or applied toward a rescheduled date at DJ Olli's discretion.
Rescheduling
Requests to change your event date are subject to availability. Contact DJ Olli as early as possible to discuss options.
- Rescheduling does not automatically refund the deposit
- A new date must be confirmed in writing
- Availability is not guaranteed for preferred alternate dates
Force majeure
Neither you nor DJ Olli shall be held liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including:
- Natural disasters
- Government restrictions or mandates
- Severe weather making travel or performance unsafe
- Other events outside either party's reasonable control
In such cases, both parties will work in good faith to reschedule the event or determine an appropriate resolution.
How to cancel or request changes
Notify DJ Olli as soon as possible. Include your name, event date, and booking details when you reach out.
