Terms of Service

This agreement is between you (the Client) and the service provider listed below. By completing a booking and accepting these terms, you confirm that your information is accurate and that you are authorized to book on behalf of the event.

Select one package at the time of booking. Each package includes 4 hours of music coverage. Additional hours are billed at $50/hour.

Your booking must include accurate event information: event type, date, start and end times, venue name, and venue address.

Changes to event details must be communicated to DJ Olli as soon as possible and are subject to availability and approval.

• The remaining balance is due on or before the event date.
• Accepted payment methods: cash, credit/debit card, or other arrangements agreed upon in writing.
• Final pricing may reflect selected add-ons such as extra hours.

Refund and cancellation rules are outlined in our Cancellation Policy.

DJ Olli requires venue access at least 2 hours before the scheduled event start time for equipment setup.

The Client must ensure:

• Sufficient access to standard 120V electrical outlets
• Adequate space for DJ setup and lighting (if applicable)
• Shelter from weather for outdoor events

Failure to provide suitable venue conditions may affect service quality or result in additional fees.

• Submit special song requests or instructions at least 7 days in advance
• Prevent guests from tampering with or damaging DJ equipment
• Provide meals or breaks for events lasting longer than 5 hours
• Designate an on-site contact for venue access and day-of coordination

Submitting a booking request does not automatically confirm your event. DJ Olli will review availability and respond within 24 hours.

A booking is confirmed once the deposit is received and you receive written confirmation from DJ Olli.

Neither party shall be held liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, severe weather, or other events that make performance unsafe or impossible.

By checking the agreement box on the booking form and submitting your request, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service and our Cancellation Policy.
